MURGOR SISTERS WITHDRAW ASSAULT CASE AGAINST NDICHU BROTHERS AFTER THE TWINS APOLOGISED

The Murgor sisters have dropped charges against the Ndichu brothers Paul and Eddie after they issued a public apology. The Chief Magistrate at Kibera through the ODPP ordered a withdrawal of all criminal charges of the incident that took place in October 17, 2021 at Ole Sereni Hotel.

This is to inform you that the public at large that the Ndichu brothers have now offered a public and unequivocal apology dated November 24, to the Murgor sisters and their companions, in terms that have been duly accepted,” part of the statement read. As a consequence, the Murgor sisters effective today withdrawn all their complaints against the Ndichu brothers group and requested the Chief Magistrate through the ODPP, that all the cases relating to the incident in the Chief Magistrate court be withdrawn,” it added.

The Ndichu twins issued a public apology to the Murgor sisters and their companions. “We Edward Wanyoike Ndichu and Paul Mwaura Ndichu, hereby issue our unequivocal apology to you, our sisters and brothers Cheryll Murgor, Stephanie Murgor, Samuel Ramdas and Patrick Koech for the unfortunate events that occurred on the night of 17th October 2021 at Mara Ole Sereni Hotel, which resulted in both injury to yourselves and damage to your property,” the apology read.

Paul Mwaura Ndichu was accused of assaulting Cheryl Murgor and Stephanie Murgor while Edward Wanyoike Ndichu was charged with assaulting Samuel Ramdas.
