INSIDE YOUTUBER KITT KIARIE’S TRADITIONAL WEDDING CEREMONY

Popular YouTuber and sleep trainer Kitt Kiarie officially tied the knot with her partner, Martin, in a beautifully vibrant traditional ceremony.

The wedding, themed in stunning shades of blue and pink, was a joyous affair filled with family, friends, and a standout moment that captivated all in attendance. In a surprising gesture, Kitt, a mother of two, addressed her new in-laws and guests in fluent Kikuyu, her husband’s native language. “I heard that the way to someone’s heart is to speak in their language. And I’m always trying to enter Martin’s heart. Because he is my whole heart,” Kitt shared following the ceremony.

She explained that her journey in an inter-tribal marriage has been her “greatest teacher of love and understanding,” and she wanted to honour her husband’s family in a personal way. “I wanted to honour my husband’s family, by speaking to them in Kikuyu,” she said. “Their reaction was all the validation I needed.”

The tribute was the result of a secret month-long coaching session with her friend, Stephanie Mwaura. “She coached me, sent voice notes, added recommendations and even asked her mum for help. I will always be grateful for this friendship.”
