VERA SIDIKA OPENS UP ABOUT PLANS TO HAVE TWO MORE CHILDREN
Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika has made a series of revelations regarding her family plans and the painful collapse of her marriage to musician Brown Mauzo, sharing for the first time the challenges she endured behind closed doors.
In a recent interview, Sidika disclosed that she intends to have two more children, expressing her love for motherhood and her dream of raising four children. Sidika, who is already a mother to daughter Asia and son Ice, described her second pregnancy as an unexpected but welcome surprise.
She explained that while she was breastfeeding, she did not get her menstrual cycle and initially assumed it would return naturally. However, she said she felt something was a bit off, and that is when she decided to take a pregnancy test. To her astonishment, she discovered she was already four months pregnant. Despite the initial shock, Sidika said the family embraced the news, and when her son Ice arrived, she was overjoyed because she now had both a girl and a boy.
Looking to the future, she said she has always wanted to have four kids and therefore hopes to havetwo more babies, “I love kids.” The revelation about her family plans comes shortly afterSidika broke her silence on the reasons behind her marriage breakdown with Brown Mauzo, a subject she had previously shielded from the public.
Sidika admitted that she protected the story for a long time, explaining that she did so because Mauzo is the father of her children. However, she has now opened up about what she described as an extremely difficult period.
She revealed that her friends know exactly what happened and that she went through a lot, including the mysterious disappearance of her passport and her visas, multiple police cases, and incidents of violence. She said it was a lot to endure, especially having to go through all of that when her son was only four months old.
The stress of the situation, Sidika recounted, took a physical toll on her. She was trying to breastfeed her newborn son but had no milk because she was so overwhelmed by the stress. The situation became so dire that she had no choice but to introduce her son to formula feeding. She stated that her kids are now so much happier than they would have been living in a traumatising home.
