Jomo Gecaga Pays Emotional Tribute to Dad Udi on Father’s Day

As families across the world celebrated Father’s Day, Jomo Gecaga took to social media to honour his father, Udi Gecaga, with a touching tribute that captured the depth of their bond.

In a post, Jomo talked about his father’s sacrifices, and life lessons that have shaped the man he is today. “Thank you for every sacrifice made, every lesson taught, and every moment you stood by my side. I am forever grateful. Happy Father’s Day, Dad 🙏🏽💙🙏🏽,” Jomo wrote.

This is not the first time Jomo has publicly celebrated his father. In June 2023, he shared a similar tribute, acknowledging Udi’s role as a pillar of strength. “As a source of strength, leadership and protection, everything that gives you meaning as a Father, we are grateful for you! 🙏💙🙏,“ he wrote in a previous post.

Adding to the warmth of the occasion, Jomo’s wife, Lola Hannigan, also shared a sweet tribute to her husband, celebrating his role as a father. “Happy Father’s Day to my safest place on Earth. ✨🤍,” Lola posted.
