Popular Kenyan Musician Nadia Mukami has marriage on her mind. The Kolo hitmaker says when it comes to dating its not for fun but with a purpose.

Speaking in an online interview, the singer says she in a serious relationship, “I like to keep my private life private, which has worked for me. I’m not someone you will find in a club popping champagne, I’m not saying it is bad but with the kind of legacy and the business woman I am, it’s not a Nadia thing even when I was in campus. When I am dating a guy, it has to lead to marriage. I’m in a relationship and we are good.”

Nadia also says she is frugal with her money and don’t expect her to only eat at posh restaurants, drive exclusive cars, and wear designer clothes, “I’m not a flamboyant artiste, I’m a businesswoman. When you look at things in the business direction you see it not worth it. I feel like I’m just scratching the surface and I would like to put my investments and properties in order before I do that.

I thank God I have a background in finance which has made me discipline when it comes to money. That’s one thing that if you date me you get that, I very good with money. I plan my money and know what to show and not to, that’s how I live my life.”
