Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko’s daughter, Sandra Mbuvi, has offered a detailed analysis of why she believes Kenyan content creator Vindee has already been accepted into Kai Cenat’s Streamer University 2026, despite the creator still waiting for official confirmation.

During a livestream on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Sandra examined an email Vindee received from the programme organisers and pointed out specific elements that she believes indicate a successful application.

According to Sandra, the language used in the communication differed significantly from what she experienced when she applied unsuccessfully for the inaugural edition of the programme. “If you see here that Kai Cenat sent you a fee structure, that means you were accepted. You see what they are saying,” she stated.

After reviewing the email, Sandra noted that the message confirmed Vindee’s application had already been reviewed and included guidance on moving forward with enrolment. She argued that such information would not typically be shared with unsuccessful applicants.

She further stated that the email contained enrolment details, including fee information and a request for personal information, which she interpreted as confirmation that Vindee had advanced beyond the initial selection stage.

Drawing from her own experience, Sandra recalled that when she applied for Streamer University 1.0, the response she received clearly communicated that her application had been declined. This allowed her to recognise a distinct difference between a rejection notice and an acceptance communication. “For me, I remember when I applied last year, they said that they had declined my offer. It was different from what you received. That means you were accepted,” she shared.

Sandra advised the content creator to focus on completing the next steps outlined in the email, insisting that the communication did not resemble a rejection in any way.

For real, look at this. They are talking about the enrolment fee and they even asked for your address. I still have the email they sent me declining my application. You were accepted. All you need to do now is pay the fee,” Sandra said.

Her remarks left Vindee visibly excited as the pair continued discussing his potential participation in the globally recognised creator bootcamp founded by American streaming star Kai Cenat.

The discussion has since generated online attention, with fans debating Sandra’s interpretation and whether Vindee could become one of the few African creators selected for the programme.
