Tony Ndiema’s Funeral Committee Releases KSh 3.93 Million Financial Breakdown
The funeral committee for the late Tony Ndiema has released a financial breakdown detailing the funds raised and expenses incurred during the preparation and burial of the late musician.
According to the final summary shared by Victor Piny on behalf of the committee, a total of KSh 3,930,824 was raised from various sources, while total expenses amounted to KSh 3,932,074, leaving a final deficit of KSh 1,250.
The contributions came from three main sources: Artists & Fans: KSh 1,367,993, Waheshimiwa / Leaders: KSh 2,095,500 and Paybill Account: KSh 467,331, Total Received: KSh 3,930,824
The committee provided a detailed account of how the funds were utilised:

The committee confirmed that total expenses exceeded the funds collected resulting in a final deficit of KSh 1,250.
The funeral committee expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to ensuring Ndiema received a dignified send-off. “The funeral committee would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to every person who contributed financially, offered their time, provided services, attended the various fundraising activities, supported the family and stood with us during this difficult time,” the committee stated.
